3.2K views · 100 reactions | We've been hearing about lots of sightings of the convolvulus hawk-moth this month. With a wingspan over 80mm they an impressive insect. This is a migrant species which appear in late summer and autumn. You can see them flying after dusk around tubular flowers, feeding with their long proboscis.
