ADOPTED 3 year old Nelson is desperately needing a home, either to be fostered or adopted. The shelter is too loud, too busy, and far too much for his sensitive soul. Right now, Nelson is spending his days shaking and afraid, scared by the sounds and bustle of kennel life.
