Knuckleball or strike? The comeback is in full swing. I'm squatting and deadlifting over 500 lbs, so the strength is there, and I'm 5 weeks into a velocity program to hopefully get these high 60's knuckleballs into the high 70's. I'm eligible to play in the World Baseball Classic for a country outside the US, and that's the main goal, but you can follow along my comeback journey which might land me back in pro baseball.
