A major daylight robbery was reported from Chhattisgarh’s Janjgir-Champa district. While depositing cash at a Punjab National Bank ATM, the bank staff were sprayed with a chemical by the assailants, who then stole ₹50,000 and fled the scene. The entire incident was captured on the ATM’s CCTV cameras. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
